Abstract:
Provided is a seal portion with a detachment prevention function, wherein pipes can be easily jointed in a short period of time, and, when the pipes are jointed by inserting the insertion sleeve of one pipe into the receiving sleeve of another pipe, the outer peripheral surface of the insertion sleeve can be prevented from being damaged by protrusions of a locking portion. In a seal portion (7) disposed in a seal portion receiving groove (6) of a receiving sleeve (3), a locking portion (10) for preventing detachment is embedded in a seal portion main body (9) which has elasticity and which can be compressed. Protrusions (10a, 10b) to be engaged with the outer peripheral surface of an insertion sleeve (5) when the insertion sleeve (5) is detached from the receiving sleeve (3), are formed on the locking portion (10). An elastic portion (11) for rotating, which is abutted with the outer peripheral surface of the insertion sleeve (5) when inserting the insertion sleeve (5), to rotate the locking portion (10) in a direction that the protrusion (10b) is moved away from the outer peripheral surface of the insertion sleeve (5), is fixed to the seal portion.
