Abstract:
Provided is a screw device in which a shim is interposed between two nuts, wherein the screw device is capable of detecting a preload.
This screw device capable of detecting a preload is provided with: two nuts (2, 3); a shim (4) which is sandwiched and compressed between the two nuts (2, 3); linking portions (25, 26) which link the two nuts (2, 3) so as not to be capable of rotating relative to one another; and a force sensor (31) for detecting the preload. A recessed portion (12) is provided away from the linking portions (25, 26) in a surface of contact (11) with the shim (4) of at least one (2) of the two nuts (2, 3), in such a way as to reduce a contact surface area. The force sensor (31) is attached to an outer surface (P1-1) of the shim (4) in the vicinity of the recessed portion (12).
