Abstract:
Disclosed is a scratch-resistant and corrosion-resistant pressure maintaining valve, comprising an adjusting nut (1), a pressure adjusting spring (2), a cone valve (3), a cone valve spring (4), a valve body (5), a spring (6), a valve element (7) and a main valve body (8). The valve body (5) is arranged above the main valve body (8). The valve element (7) and the spring (6) located above the valve element (7) are arranged within the main valve body (8). The cone valve (3) is arranged within the valve body (5). The cone valve spring (4) is arranged at the right side of the cone valve (3), and the pressure adjusting spring (2) is arranged at the left side of the cone valve (3). The outer side of the pressure adjusting spring (2) is sleeved with the adjusting nut (1). The pressing force of the adjusting spring is controlled through the adjusting nut, and therefore the adjustment of the pressure at an oil inlet of the pressure maintaining valve is achieved. The pressure maintaining valve overcomes the problem that the pressure adjusting error is large, and the work stability of the pressure maintaining valve is improved; meanwhile, the phenomenon of hole wall corrosion caused by scratches on the hole wall can be effectively avoided, and the phenomenon that when the degree of purity of work oil is not high and impurities exist, scratches are likely to occur on the inner valve wall of the valve body is effectively prevented.
