Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of aluminum foil, and particularly relates to a scraper for an aluminum foil surface coating device. The present invention achieves the technical effect of uniformly coating a surface of aluminum foil by means of a support frame unit arranged on a solution storage tank unit, a solution conveying tube unit, which is arranged on the solution storage tank unit and applied to a glue solution for coating, and a scraper unit, which is arranged on the solution storage tank unit and used for coating of aluminum foil. The present invention has the advantages of a simple structure and convenient mounting; a pair of scrapers, which are symmetrical up and down, are designed to abut against a surface of a coating roller, such that a glue solution in a tank is smeared on the coating roller so as to uniformly coat a surface of aluminum foil in the next step; adjustable height and angle type support frames are arranged on the scrapers, such that the positions of the scrapers can be adjusted for convenient use; and a flow control gate is provided at a solution intake tube, such that the flow rate of the circulating glue solution can be adjusted, and the control gate is provided with a self-locking device, thereby avoiding a sudden change in flow rate caused by non-human-induced rotation of the flow control gate.
