Abstract:
The present invention relates to an SCR denitrification system and denitrification method used for cement production line kiln tail gas, adding a branch flue onto a high-temperature flue, adapting a temperature of flue gas entering an SCR reactor to a catalyst temperature window by means of drawing in temperature-adjusted flue gas, thereby efficiently and economically removing NOx in the SCR denitrification reactor. The present invention configures an SCR denitrification reactor after a kiln tail cloth bag dust collector, and also configures a high-temperature dust collector on a branch flue, greatly reducing flue dust entering the SCR reactor, solving the problem of catalyst blockage and poisoning, and extending catalyst service life. The system and method provided in the present invention improve the feasibility and economy of applying SCR denitrification technology in the cement production industry, provide technical guidance for increasing cement production line NOx emission standards, and have positive economic effects and application prospects.
