The present invention relates to a safety shackle. The shackle body has a first through-hole formed at a first body end portion, has a second through-hole formed at a second body end portion so as to form a concentric circle with the first through-hole, and has, at the first body end portion, a first hook-mounting hole vertically passing through the first through-hole. The shackle pin has a first pin end portion fitted into the first through-hole, has a second pin end portion fitted into the second through-hole, and has, at the first pin end portion, a locking groove formed along the outer periphery thereof. The first safety hook instrument includes: a pair of first safety hooks, which are symmetrical to each other such that each first fixing latch is fitted into or separated from the locking groove of the first pin end portion positioned in the first through-hole in response to each first hook body being coupled to the end portion of the first body and rotated by means of a first hinge shaft while partially inserted into the first hook-mounting hole; and a first safety hook spring disposed between the first safety hooks so as to apply elastic force to the first safety hooks in the direction in which the first fixing latches are fitted into the locking groove.
