Abstract:
A safety lock pin device for workpiece overturning, and a workpiece overturning system. The safety lock pin device for workpiece overturning comprises a safety pin (1), a triangular lock plate (2), an elastic positioning pin (5) and a lock, wherein the safety pin (1) is used for being inserted into a base (M1) and an overturning workpiece (M2) and locking the angle of the overturning workpiece (M2) relative to the base (M1); a first corner end of the triangular lock plate (2) is connected to an axial surface of the safety pin (1) by means of a fastener, and the triangular lock plate (2) can rotate around the fastener; the elastic positioning pin (5) is installed on a second corner end of the triangular lock plate (2) and is used for being inserted into two positioning counter bores (1-4, 1-5) in two different positions on the axial surface of the safety pin (1) to limit the position of the triangular lock plate (2), so that the safety pin (1) is pulled out of the overturning workpiece (M2) or the safety pin (1) is prevented from being pulled out; and the lock is installed on a third corner end of the triangular lock plate (2) and is used for limiting rotation of the triangular lock plate (2), and the triangular lock plate (2) is rotated by unlocking the lock and pulling out the elastic positioning pin (5). By means of the above arrangement, the safety lock pin device for workpiece overturning has the characteristics of a simple structure, convenience in operation and being highly safe; and installation, locking and unlocking of the safety pin (1) can be achieved, thus greatly improving the safety and convenience.
