Abstract:
In the present invention, a guide part extends to the bottom edge of an upright part, and a cutting blade is inserted from a cutting blade insertion slot. A cap part having a surface preventing the cutting blade from protruding is provided at the top edge of the guide part. A cap side-opening is provided on the side opposite the blade tip, and a breaking groove is inserted from the cap side-opening, and sandwiches and twists the cutting blade tip so as to break and eject the same.
