Abstract:
This saddle-riding vehicle comprises a control means that controls an automatic stop of an engine and a restart after the automatic stop. The control means restarts the engine at least on the condition that a starting operation of a throttle has been detected and a disengage operation of a clutch has been detected while the manual transmission is in gear, and, during a prescribed period after starting the restart, drives the engine at an idling rotation speed when a closing operation of the throttle has been detected, and drives the engine at a rotation speed in accordance with an operating amount when a closing operation of the throttle has not been detected.
