Abstract:
A rubber-plastic composite air duct system and an on-site mounting method therefor. Said method comprises: determining, according to engineering information, the specification and number of required first sheet-shaped air duct bodies (1) and sheet-shaped pieces, and the types and number of suspension lifting points and suspension mechanisms (6); positioning a rubber-plastic composite air duct system to be constructed at a construction site; mounting the suspension lifting points at intervals according to the positioning, and cropping the sheet-shaped pieces to obtain a plurality of second sheet-shaped air duct bodies (2); punching holes in positions, corresponding to the suspension lifting points, of each sheet-shaped air duct body, and mounting the suspension mechanisms; and closing the sheet-shaped air duct bodies into ring shape by means of air duct connecting pieces (3), and after each suspension mechanism is connected to the corresponding suspension lifting point, connecting adjacent ring-shaped air duct bodies one another by means of the air duct connecting pieces, so as to complete the mounting of the rubber-plastic composite air duct system. Moreover, the air duct connecting pieces can be cut at any position and maintain functions. Said system and method achieve one-time delivery, and one-time on-site lifting construction of the rubber-plastic composite air duct system.
