Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rubber cutting robot, a cutting method therefor, and a cutting system. The robot consists of a conveying structure, a cutting structure, a rubber positioning structure, and an adjustment and detection structure. The adjustment and detection structure comprises a cutting plate; a cutting support frame which is screwingly connected to the cutting plate and which provides a cutting support force; an extending and retracting cylinder which is screwingly connected to the cutting support frame and which reciprocates up and down; a cutting blade which is screwingly connected to the extending and retracting cylinder and which is used to cut rubber bands; and a cutting groove the position of which is opposite to that of the cutting blade and which is used to provide a cutting buffer force. The conveying tightness can be adjusted according to the elasticity of rubber and the cutting flatness can be adjusted, thereby solving the problems that existing rubber cutting robots cannot perform cooperation and adjustment according to the elasticity of rubber and that, during cutting, the structural performance of overall conveying is inadequate.
