Abstract:
Provided are a rubber composition for a tire that, when used for tires, has excellent on-ice performance and fracture resistance without compromising fuel efficiency, and a tire that uses said rubber composition for a tire. This rubber composition for a tire contains a rubber component, and a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer component containing glycidyl (meth)acrylate and 2-hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate.
