Abstract:
The present invention provides a rotator cuff patch and a preparation method therefor. The rotator cuff patch has a three-dimensional nano-mesh structure and is prepared from a raw material comprising a fibrinogen complex and polylactic acid-caprolactone. The rotator cuff patch is obtained by means of a preparation method in which a fibrinogen complex solution and a polylactic acid-caprolactone solution are added into the same volumetric tube of an electrostatic spinning machine, or the fibrinogen complex solution and the polylactic acid-caprolactone solution are added into different volumetric tubes of the electrostatic spinning machine, respectively, electrostatic spinning is carried out, and then drying in carried out. The rotator cuff patch provided by the present invention has a nanoscale three-dimensional structure similar to an extracellular matrix and has good hydrophilicity. The rotator cuff patch may form its own tendon in the shoulder joint cavity and achieve tendon-to-bone healing to shoulder joint bone tissue approximately six weeks after implantation; and approximately 24 weeks after implantation, the maximum force of the rotator cuff tissue formed by regeneration is restored to 95-100% of a normal side. The rotator cuff patch may be used for bridging or reinforcing treatment of large-to-massive rotator cuff tears.
