Abstract:

Disclosed is a fastening connection mechanism, comprising a fastener combination and a rotation-stopping and disengagement-stopping gasket (1). The fastener combination comprises a fastener and a rotation-stopping sleeve (2) sleeved on the fastener, wherein an outer rotation-stopping part (9) is arranged on the periphery of the fastener; a protrusion (5) protrudes from the periphery of the rotation-stopping sleeve; and the rotation-stopping sleeve comprises a sleeve hole (3), and the inner wall of the sleeve hole is provided with an inner rotation-stopping body (4) matching the outer rotation-stopping part. The rotation-stopping and disengagement-stopping gasket comprises a gasket body (6); a through hole (7) provided in the gasket body; rotation-stopping parts (10, 19) for stopping the fastener combination from rotating relative to the rotation-stopping and disengagement-stopping gasket by blocking, in a circumferential direction, the protrusion extending from the fastener combination; and anti-disengagement parts (11) arranged on the sides of the rotation-stopping parts away from the gasket body and stopping the protrusion from moving towards the side away from the gasket body when the rotation-stopping parts block the protrusion. The fastening connection mechanism is used for locking two connected members, such that the connection is firm, and the anti-loosening effect is good. The present invention further relates to a rotation-stopping and disengagement-stopping gasket, the rotation-stopping and disengagement-stopping gasket having the functions of stopping rotation, preventing loosening and being capable of preventing the rotation-stopping sleeve from being disengaged. The present invention further relates to a related fastening method.
