Abstract:
An endless first flat belt (B1) is wound around a first drive pulley (4b), a first tension pulley (6a), a second driven pulley (3B), and a first driven pulley (2A), and said belt turns due to the rotating action of the first drive pulley (4b), causing a first husking roll (R1) and a second husking roll (R2) to rotate. Between the first tension pulley (6a) and the first drive pulley (4b), a first serpentine movement control pulley (8), which is free to swing about a swing axis (C3) extending in the thickness direction of an area adjacent to the first flat belt (B1), guides the first flat belt (B1).
