Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rotating skewer grill machine. The rotating skewer grill machine according to the present invention comprises: a body having, on one surface thereof, a duct connection part to which a duct for suctioning smoke is connected, and having, on the other surface thereof, a first loading part in which a grilling means is loaded and a second loading part in which a suction-inducing means is loaded; the grilling means, which is provided in the first loading part, accommodates burning charcoal and can prevent overheating of the burning charcoal accommodated therein; and the suction-inducing means, which is provided in the second loading part, allows food to be grilled to be held thereon, and suctions smoke generated from the food to be grilled or the burning charcoal. According to the present invention, the smoke generated from the charcoal or the food to be grilled can be removed together while the food to be grilled can be sufficiently engulfed with the charcoal smell, and the suction-inducing means and the grilling means are easily coupled and separated so that internal cleaning can be conveniently performed.
