The present application provides a rotating shaft assembly (22), comprising a supporting mechanism (23), a positioning base (24), and a rotating mechanism (25). The supporting mechanism (23) comprises two side supports (233), and a rotating mechanism (25) is provided between each side support (233) and the positioning base (24). The rotating mechanism (25) comprises a rotating member (251) and a connecting member (253), wherein one end of the rotating member (251) away from the connecting member (253) is rotatably connected to the positioning base (24), the side of the side support (233) away from the positioning base (24) is rotatably connected to the connecting member (253), and the side of the side support (233) away from the connecting member (253) rotates and is slidably connected to the positioning base (24); and the connecting member (253) rotates along with the rotating member (251) relative to the positioning base (24), to drive the side support (233) to rotate and slide relative to the positioning base (24), such that the two side supports (233) can be bent or unfolded relative to each other. The present application further provides a folding shell provided with the rotating shaft assembly and an electronic device.
