Abstract:
A rotating shaft apparatus (30) and a foldable-screen device (10). The rotating shaft apparatus (30) at least comprises a back cover (31), lifting/lowering drive assemblies (32), a liftable/lowerable plates (33), screen support assemblies (34), and screen support door plates (35); each lifting/lowering driving assembly (32) comprises a transmission swing arm (321), a transmission shaft (322), and a lifting/lowering drive portion (323); the transmission shafts (322) are rotatably connected to the back cover (31); the liftable/lowerable plates (33) are arranged corresponding to the back cover (31); the lifting/lowering drive portions (323) are connected to the liftable/lowerable plates (33); the transmission swing arms (321) are slidably connected to the screen support assemblies (34); the screen support door plates (35) are arranged on at least one side of the lifting/lowering plates (33) in the axial direction of the transmission shafts (322); the screen support door plates (35) are rotatably connected to the screen support assemblies (34) and slidably connected to the back cover (31). The rotating shaft apparatus (30) can improve the support stability of the rotating shaft apparatus (30) for a flexible display screen (50).
