Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rotary type self-resetting tube valve structure and an assembling method thereof. The structure comprises a juice outlet tube, and a juice outlet nozzle is provided on the side wall of the juice outlet tube. The structure further comprises a valve plug provided in the juice outlet tube and used for plugging the juice outlet nozzle, a driving assembly for driving the valve plug to close or open the juice outlet nozzle is further provided on the juice outlet tube, and the driving assembly comprises a rotating cylinder provided on the valve plug in a sleeving manner and balls provided between the valve plug and the rotating cylinder; the rotating cylinder is rotatably connected to the juice outlet tube; positioning grooves for positioning the balls are formed in the inner wall of the rotating cylinder, and inclined grooves for the balls to roll are formed in the valve plug in a length direction of the valve plug. When the rotary type self-resetting tube valve structure is used, an inlet end of the juice outlet tube is connected to a container, the balls are driven to perform reciprocating motion in the inclined grooves by rotating the rotating cylinder, and then the valve plug is pushed to close or move away the juice outlet nozzle, so that food juice can be easily discharged from the bottom of a container, the whole container does not need to be dumped, and the rotary type self-resetting tube valve structure can be connected to devices such as a juicer, a juice extractor, a high speed blender, an orange juice extracter, a water dispenser or a water filter at will, and is convenient to use and simple in structure.
