Abstract:
A housing (10) has a cylindrical housing hole (14). A plurality of ports (20) are arranged in the housing (10) in an axial direction, a circumferential direction, or a radial direction of the housing hole (14). At least one or more divided rotors (30) are arranged inside the housing hole (14) in the axial direction of the housing hole (14). Communication passages (40, 50) are provided to the divided rotors (30), the communication passages being switched between a state of communication and a state of cutoff between a prescribed port (20) and another port (20). A shaft (60) causes the divided rotors (30) to rotate about the axis (CL) of the housing hole (14). A tiny gap (S2) is formed between the divided rotors (30) and the inner wall of the housing hole (14), and each of the divided rotors (30) is allowed to move minutely in the radial direction.
