Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a rotary kiln roasting structure and a roasting process therefor. The rotary kiln roasting structure comprises a baseplate, wherein a rotary kiln body is obliquely arranged above the baseplate, a first electric motor is arranged on one side of a lower portion of the rotary kiln body, an output end of the first electric motor is fixedly connected to a driving gear, the middle of the rotary kiln body is fixedly connected to a driven gear, one end of the rotary kiln body is connected to a coal injection mechanism which comprises a combustor, one end of the rotary kiln body is rotationally connected to the middle of the combustor, and one end of the combustor away from the rotary kiln body is fixedly connected to a connecting pipe; since the driving gear meshes with the driven gear, when the driven gear rotates, the rotary kiln body which is fixedly connected to the driven gear rotates; and since the rotary kiln body is obliquely arranged, when the rotary kiln body rotates, materials therein move from a head end of the rotary kiln body to one end of the combustor while rotating, the temperature of the materials gets higher when getting closer to the end of the combustor, the materials are gradually and evenly burned by flames sprayed out of the combustor, the roasting effect is better, and the energy consumption of roasting is reduced.
