Abstract:
A rotary kiln for battery raw material processing, comprising a kiln head bin (1), a heating mechanism (2), a rotary kiln body (4), a kiln tail bin (5), pull mechanisms (6), and a drive mechanism (7). A support box (3) is arranged at each of the two ends of the rotary kiln body (4), and the support boxes (3) are located between the rotary kiln body (4) and the kiln head bin (1) and between the rotary kiln body (4) and the kiln tail bin (5). A stirring mechanism (8) is arranged in an inner cavity of the rotary kiln body (4), and the stirring mechanism (8) at least comprises two groups of blades (81) and a rotating shaft (82). The support box (3) located one the end of the kiln tail bin (5) is internally provided with a gas pump (32), a gas guide base (33), and a motor (34). In the rotary kiln, by means of providing within the rotary kiln body (4) the stirring mechanism (8) rotating in an opposite direction to the rotary kiln body (4), and by means of the gas pump (32) pumping high-temperature gas in the rotary kiln body (4) into the stirring mechanism (8), the high-temperature gas may be injected back to the inner cavity of the rotary kiln body (4) by means of the rotating blades (81), and battery raw material is sufficiently dispersed by means of the high-temperature gas impacting the battery raw material in the rotary kiln body (4), avoiding the bonding of battery raw material, and thereby ensuring the drying rate of the battery raw material.
