Abstract:
A rotary fluid machine comprises a casing (10), a partition member that partitions the space inside the casing (10) into a first space (S1) and a second space (S2), and a rotating shaft (30) provided inside the casing (10) and rotatably supported, the partition member including a thrust magnetic bearing (50) axially supporting the rotating shaft (30). It is preferable that the air pressure in the second space (S2) is higher than that in the first space (S1).
