Claims:
CLAIMS

The invention is a kind of cover system,

• a fibered insert lock nut (1 ), an auxiliary material that holds the rotor (R) and an outer body (D) together and can adjust the friction,

• the outer body (D) in which viscous fluid (14) with high viscosity is placed in the connection to the covers, which will make it difficult for the liquid to pass through the sections located inside, to form the surface on which friction will be provided, and to hold the product in the covers, which are the main product to which it will be connected,

• sweeping vane (9), which is the part that will slow down the passage of the liquid between the compartments and is also responsible for slowing down by using the friction force,

• viscous fluid (14) as a viscous material that will increase friction by reducing fluidity, characterized by comprising;

• the rotor (R), which is the connection piece connecting the outer body (D) and the hinge, which will create friction with the outer body (D) and which is responsible for controlling the passage of the liquid between the compartments, is rotatably placed inside the outer body (D) and integrated with the outer body (D). The kind of cover system according to Claim 1 , characterized by comprising; a plastic split lock washer (6) developed so that after the damper is attached and grouped on the toilet cover, it does not separate from each other and does not come off the cover. The kind of cover system according to Claim 1 , characterized by comprising; a lower outer body (8), in which viscous fluid (14) with high viscosity is put into the connection to the lower covers in the embodiments for the lower cover, which will make it difficult for the liquid to pass through in the sections inside, form the surface on which friction will be provided, and which will enable the product to be held on the covers, which is the main product to which it will be attached.

The kind of cover system according to Claim 1 , characterized by comprising; an upper outer body (7), in which viscous fluid (14) with high viscosity is put into the connection to the upper covers in the embodiments for the upper cover, which will make it difficult for the liquid to pass through in the sections inside, form the surface on which friction will be provided, and which will enable the product to be held on the covers, which is the main product to which it will be attached.

5. The kind of cover system according to Claim 1 , characterized by comprising; a metal washer -1 (2), a material that prevents leakage and helps protect the plastic nut (3).

6. The kind of cover system according to Claim 1 , characterized by comprising; a plastic nut (3) as a locking and sealing element that prevents the leakage of viscous fluid (14).

7. The kind of cover system according to Claim 1 , characterized by comprising; a metal washer -2 (4), a material that prevents leakage and helps protect the o- ring -1 (5).

8. The kind of cover system according to Claim 1 , characterized by comprising; o - ring -1 (5) as an auxiliary material to prevent leakage.

9. The kind of cover system according to Claim 1 , characterized by comprising; o - ring -2 (10) as an auxiliary material to prevent leakage.

Description:
A ROTARY DAMPER

Technical Field

This invention relates to a type of cover system that provides soft closing of toilet seats in the sanitary ware industry. It is related to a cover system developed for the soft closing of the upper and lower lids in accordance with NF Standards (Normes Frangaises - French Standards I Norms) in toilet seats.

State of the Art

Mankind has always been in the process of continuous development to supply its various needs. One of the basic sanitation needs involved in this development process has been the need of human beings for a sanitary toilet. Toilet bowls, which used to be made of different materials such as stone, earth, and concrete, are now made of ceramic for hygienic reasons. Due to such reasons, toilet bowls and their auxiliary accessories are subject to different improvements. Toilets basically consist of the main cover (lid) with a damper, a seat, and the bowl.

The plug body part used in the assembly of existing toilet seat dampers into the hinge pin that allows them to be fixed with the toilet bowl is a separate product, independent of the damper. This product is a part that transfers movement via co-assembly with the damper and hinge and allows the toilet seat to be assembled with the toilet bowl. Tooling, labor, and energy costs are incurred in order to manufacture the product, and in addition, additional labor is also expended on further assembly with the damper.

Although some improvements have been made in inventions such as patents US5946740A and US6009568A, no innovation or structure has been put forward to prevent additional mold, labor, and energy consumption.

Regarding the reasons mentioned above, the need to improve the toilet bowl system is obvious. Definition of the Invention

The said invention eliminates the disadvantages described in the state of the art and meets the needs.

This invention relates to a product for a kind of cover system that provides soft closing of toilet seats in the sanitary ware industry. It is related to a cover system developed for the soft closing of the upper and lower lids in accordance with NF Standards (Normes Frangaises - French Standards /Norms) in toilet seats.

In the said invention, the plug body product will be eliminated, and the movement transfer in the damper design and the assembled form with the hinge will be provided in the integrated damper. In this way, additional mold, labor, and energy loss will not be an issue for the separate part.

Description of the Invention

The invention is a kind of cover system,

• a fibered insert lock nut (1 ), an auxiliary material that fastens the rotor (R) and an outer body (D) together and can adjust the friction,

• a metal washer -1 (2), a material that prevents leakage and helps protect the plastic nut (3),

• a plastic nut (3), as a locking and sealing element that prevents the leakage of viscous fluid (14),

• a metal washer -2 (4), a material that prevents leakage and helps protect the o- ring -1 (5),

• o - ring -1 (5), as an auxiliary material to prevent leakage,

• the outer body (D) which viscous liquid (14) with high viscosity is placed in the connection to the covers, which will make it difficult for the liquid to pass through the sections located inside, to form the surface on which friction will be provided, and to hold the product in the covers, which are the main product to which it will be connected,

• sweeping vane (9), which is the part that will slow down the passage of the liquid between the compartments and is also responsible for the dampening action by utilizing the friction between the vane and the body,

• O-ring -2 (10), as an auxiliary material to prevent leakage,

• viscous fluid (14), as a hydraulic medium that will adjust friction by modifying viscostiy, characterized by comprising;

• the rotor (R), which is the coupling piece connecting the outer body (D) and the hinge, which will create friction with the outer body (D) and which is responsible for controlling the passage of the fluid between the compartments, is rotatable inside the outer body (D) and integrated with the outer body (D).

The invention may include a plastic split lock washer (6) developed so that after the damper is attached and assembled on the toilet lids, the damper and the lid are fixed and therefore the damper does not come off the cover.

The invention comprises a lower outer body (8), in which viscous fluid (14) with high viscosity is put into the connection to the lower covers in the embodiments for the lower cover, which will make it difficult for the liquid to pass through in the sections inside, form the surface on which friction will be provided, and which will enable the product to be held on the covers, which is the main product to which it will be attached.

The invention comprises an upper outer body (7), in which viscous fluid (14) with high viscosity is put into the connection to the upper covers in the embodiments for the upper cover, which will make it difficult for the liquid to pass through in the sections inside, form the surface on which friction will be provided, and which will enable the product to be held on the covers, which is the main product to which it will be attached.

The structure for the lower cover in the invention comprises a lower rotor (12), which will create friction with the lower outer body (8) as the fitting element that connects the lower outer body (8) and the hinge and is responsible for slowing the passage of fluid between the chambers.

The structure for the lower cover in the invention comprises an upper rotor (11 ), which will create friction with the upper outer body (7) as the fitting element that connects the upper outer body (7) and the hinge and is responsible for slowing the passage of fluid between the chambers.

In the invention, the metal washer -2 (4) is larger in diameter than the metal washer -1 (2).

In the invention, the o- ring -2 (10) is larger in diameter than the o- ring -1 (5).

The invention may include a cap (13), a visual piece that can be attached to the rotor (R).

The working principle of the said invention is as follows:

The subject of the invention is the slow-closing toilet damper, comprising the rotor (R) rotatably placed inside the outer body (D), the o- ring -2 (10) to prevent leakage in the rotor (R), the rotor protruding outwardly from the opening on the outer body (D), the fibered insert lock nut (1 ) that is mounted on the rotor (R) end and with which we can adjust the pressure of the liquid, a cap (13) that visually covers the rotor (R), the plastic split lock washer (6) for fixing it to the outer body (D) and the toilet lid, the rotor (R) and the outer sweeping vanes (9) that control the passage of the viscous fluid (14) between the chambers and friction between the body (D), the viscous fluid (14) inside the outer body (D) (represented in the drawing since it is a liquid) and the viscous fluid (14), an o- ring-1 (5) and plastic nut (3) used to prevent leakage, metal washer -1 (2) and metal washer -2 (4) that prevents damage to the o- ring -1 (5) and plastic nut (3).
