Abstract:
A rotary control valve, comprising: a valve body (10) having a valve cavity (101), the valve body having a first end and a second end arranged opposite each other; a valve core assembly (20) rotatably arranged in the valve cavity (101); a driving mechanism, which is arranged at the first end of the valve body (10), has a driving end, is in driving connection with the valve core assembly (20), and drives the valve core assembly to rotate in the valve cavity by means of the driving end; a sensing member (40), which is arranged at the first end, and is electrically connected to the driving mechanism; and a sensed member (50), which is rotatably arranged in the valve cavity, and rotates synchronously with the valve core assembly, wherein the sensing member (40) cooperates with the sensed member (50) in a sensing manner to measure the rotation angle of the valve core assembly (20). The rotary control valve can solve the problem in the prior art of the impact to the normal operation of the valve due to the damage of a first limiting portion or a second limiting portion. Further disclosed is a control method for the rotary control valve.
