Abstract:
A rolling screw-based precision speed reducer for a robot training system, comprising an input rod (1), a retaining frame (2), primary threaded rollers (3), a left-handed nut (4), a right-handed nut (5), linear guide rail structures (8), secondary threaded rollers (6), and an output nut (7); the input rod (1) is provided with a left-handed lead screw section (11) and a right-handed lead screw section (12); the left-handed nut (4) is sheathed outside the input rod (1) corresponding to the left-handed lead screw section (11), and the right-handed nut (5) is sheathed outside the input rod (1) corresponding to the right-handed lead screw section (12); the primary threaded rollers (3) are arranged between the left-handed nut (4) and the left-handed lead screw section (11), and between the right-handed nut (5) and the right-handed lead screw section (12), the linear guide rail structures (8) are arranged between the left-handed nut (4) and the retaining frame (2), and between the right-handed nut (5) and the retaining frame (2); the output nut (7) is movably sheathed outside the retaining frame corresponding to the left-handed nut (4) and the right-handed nut (5), and an inner side wall of the output nut (7) is provided with a left-handed inner threaded section (71) and a right-handed inner threaded section (72), and the secondary threaded rollers (6) are arranged between the left-handed nut (4) and the right-handed nut (5) and the left-handed inner threaded section (71) and the right-handed inner threaded section (72).
