Abstract:
A rolling bearing (10) is provided with: an outer ring (11) having an outer ring raceway groove (11a) on the inner circumferential surface, and an inner ring (12) having an inner ring raceway groove (12a) on the outer circumferential surface; a plurality of balls (13) disposed between the outer raceway groove (11a) and the inner raceway groove (12a) so that the balls (13) can roll freely; a metal core (20) that is fitted to the outer ring (11); and an elastic body (30) that is provided integrally with or separately from the metal core (20), and disposed on the side of an axial end surface (11b) of the outer ring (11). This can reduce abnormal sound that is generated from the bearing, improve assembly, and prevent assembly errors.
