Abstract:
The present application relates to a roll changing device. After a first unwinding assembly located at an unwinding station completes unwinding, a fixed adhesion member can abut against a first adhesion member under the driving of a first driving member so as to clamp a working material tape, the working material tape is cut off by a first cutting assembly, and the cut working material tape is adhered by the fixed adhesion member. Then, a vertical plate slides and enables a second unwinding assembly to enter the unwinding station, a material tape adhered by the second adhesion member serves as a standby material tape and also enters the unwinding station, and the first unwinding assembly is moved out of the unwinding station. The fixed adhesion member abuts against the second adhesion member under the driving of the first driving member, the cut-off end of the working material tape can be attached and bonded with the starting end of the standby material tape to achieve roll changing, and a new material tape can be loaded on the first unwinding assembly to serve as a standby material tape. In the roll changing process, the vertical plate slides in a first direction in a reciprocating mode, the action process and the transmission structure are simple, and therefore the roll changing device is simple in structure and small in occupied space.
