A rod head connecting assembly, a hydraulic cylinder, and an operation machine. The rod head connecting assembly comprises: a rod head body (100), a rod head flange (200), and an oil pipe (301). The rod head body (100) is provided with a first oil port (101) and a second oil port (102), respectively. The rod head flange (200) is provided with a central mounting hole (201) and a plurality of edge oil passing through holes (202). The rod head body (100) is connected to the rod head flange (200), and an oil cavity (302) is provided between the rod head body (100) and the rod head flange (200). The first oil port (101) is communicated with the edge oil passing through holes (202) by means of the oil cavity (302). One end of the oil pipe (301) passes through the central mounting hole (201) and is communicated with the second oil port (102). This configuration can increase the oil passing quantities of a rod cavity and a rodless cavity (408). Therefore, the reaction speed of the hydraulic cylinder is greatly increased.
