Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a rock breaking cutter suction dredger and a dredging construction method thereof. The rock breaking cutter suction dredger comprises: a cutter suction dredger body, the tail portion thereof being provided with a plurality of openings, and sliding grooves parallel to each other being provided at the top portion of the cutter suction dredger body on two sides of each opening; and a plurality of positioning mechanisms, each positioning mechanism being provided with a positioning support and a positioning pile, a positioning hole being formed on the positioning support, the peripheral edge of the positioning hole being provided with a positioning cylinder extending upward perpendicular to the top portion of the positioning support, a plurality of first hydraulic cylinders being provided around the periphery of the positioning hole at the top portion of the positioning support, the top portions of the plurality of hydraulic cylinders being provided with a positioning ring, the bottom portion of the positioning support being provided with two ridges parallel to each other, two sides of the positioning support also being provided with fixing blocks, and each fixing block being connected to a second hydraulic cylinder parallel to the sliding groove. According to the present invention, the design is reasonable, the operation is convenient, and the positioning mechanisms can ensure stable positioning of the rock breaking cutter suction dredger.
