Abstract:
A robot joint (10), comprising a joint housing (11), a power device, and a brake (14). The brake (14) comprises a brake disc (141), a friction plate (142) and a limiting member (144), and the power device comprises a fixed component and a movable component, wherein the relative positions of the limiting member (144) and the fixed component are fixed; the friction plate (142) and the brake disc (141) are distributed between the limiting member (144) and the fixed component; the friction plate (142) can be clamped by the brake disc (141) and the limiting member (144); and the brake disc (141) can generate an elastic force or an attraction force, and the brake disc (141) can move along an electric motor shaft so as to be away from the fixed component or close to the fixed component, so as to clamp the friction plate (142) to achieve braking or release the friction plate (142) to release braking. The robot joint (10) integrates the fixed component of the power device with an armature function of the brake (14), such that the space required by the joint in an axial direction is greatly compressed, and the heat dissipation performance and the performance of protecting against dust that falls from the brake are also good. Further provided are a collaborative robot (100), a speed reducer assembly (12) and a brake (14).
