Abstract:
A roaster gas dry dust removal device used for electronic-grade sulfuric acid purification, comprising a rack (3) and a cloth bag (2) arranged on the rack (3), the cloth bag (2) being arranged on the rack (3) by means of an ash removal mechanism (1). The ash removal mechanism (1) comprises a fixation ring (11) fixedly connected to the rack (3); a mounting ring (13) rotating circumferentially and moving axially is provided on the fixation ring; the lower end of the mounting ring (13) is used for arrangement of the cloth bag (2); oscillation matching holes (42) are provided on the fixation ring (11), each oscillation matching slot (42) comprising a vertical segment and a horizontal segment which is located at the lower end of the vertical segment and extends in the clockwise direction; oscillation matching blocks (41) capable of sliding in the oscillation matching holes (42) are provided on the mounting ring (13); an axial resetting member is provided between the fixation ring (11) and the mounting ring (13); a misalignment ring (14) rotating circumferentially is provided on the mounting ring (13), and a circumferential resetting member is connected between the mounting ring (13) and the misalignment ring (14); a guide ring (12) is fixed to the fixation ring (11); the misalignment ring (14) is sleeved on the guide ring (12); a torsion pillar (45) is provided on the misalignment ring (14). The present invention is used for solving the technical problem of poor filtration effects caused by the inability of existing pulse-jet to blow agglomerated dust off.
