An RO filter element assembly (20), comprising: a central tube (21) and an RO filter membrane (22). A filter material installation cavity is defined in the central tube (21); pure water through holes (2111) are formed in the wall of the central tube (21); the RO filter membrane (22) is sleeved on the central tube (21); and the RO filter membrane (22) covers the pure water through holes (2111). Also disclosed are a composite filter element (100) having the RO filter element assembly (20), and a water treatment device.
