Abstract:
A rice milling machine provided with a control part for controlling a milling degree adjustment means such that the milling degree of a rice grain coincides with a prescribed quality, the rice milling machine including a detection means capable of detecting the milling degree of a rice grain, wherein the control part controls the milling degree adjustment means such that the milling degree of a rice grain detected by the detection means corresponds to the target milling degree. The rice milling machine comprises a storage means that can store and register, in association with raw material information on raw material brown rice together with the target milling degree, control information for when the milling degree adjustment means is controlled by the control part, and milling processing of raw material brown rice can be started on the basis of the control information that is stored and registered in the storage means and specified by the raw material information on the raw material brown rice and the target milling degree.
