Abstract:
A retrofit control means (40) of this rice grain whiteness adjustment device (1), upon comparing measured whiteness values obtained by a first whiteness measuring instrument (12A), a second whiteness measuring instrument (12B), and a third whiteness measuring instrument (12C) with a target set value and assessing that rice grains are not in a target milled state, controls a first milling adjustment mechanism (11A), a second milling adjustment mechanism (11B), and a third milling adjustment mechanism (11C) so as to change the resistance applied to the rice grains.
