Abstract:
An RFID tag comprising an RFIC chip having a first connection terminal and a second connection terminal, a first electrode which is electrically connected to the first connection terminal of the RFIC chip, a capacitance element which is connected in series with the first electrode and the RFIC chip, and a shunt part for connecting the first electrode to a ground surface at an intermediate position of the electrical length of the first electrode, wherein the electrical length of the first electrode is half the RFIC chip communication frequency wavelength, the first connection terminal of the RFIC chip is connected to the first electrode at a site within one-third the electrical length from an end part of the first electrode, and the second connection terminal of the RFIC chip is connected to the ground.
