Abstract:
The present invention improves the assemblability of a reverse input cutoff clutch equipped with an elastic member. This reverse input cutoff clutch 1 comprises: a to-be-pressed member 2 having a to-be-pressed surface 7; an input member 3 having an input-side engagement section 22; an output member 4 having an output-side engagement section 33; an engager 5 which has a pressing surface 45, an input-side to-be-engaged section 50, and an output-side to-be-engaged section, and is disposed between the to-be-pressed surface 7 and the output-side engagement section 33 in a first direction which is the approaching and separating direction with respect to the to-be-pressed surface 7; an elastic member 6 which elastically biases the pressing surface 45 in a direction approaching the to-be-pressed surface 7 in the first direction; and a displacement prevention means which prevents an axial displacement of the engager 5 relative to the output member 4.
