The present invention comprises: a pressed member having a pressed surface (24) on an inner circumferential surface thereof; an input member which has an input-side engaging portion (6) that is disposed radially inward of the pressed surface (24), and which is disposed coaxially with the pressed surface (24); an output member which has an output-side engaging portion (13) that is disposed radially inward of the pressed surface (24) further toward the radially inner side than the input-side engaging portion (6), and which is disposed coaxially with the pressed surface (24); an engaging element (5) which is disposed on the radially inner side of the pressed surface (24) so as to be capable of moving in a first direction which is a direction moving away from and toward the pressed surface (24), the engaging element having a pressing surface (39) that opposes the pressed surface (24), an input-side engaged portion (47) that is capable of engaging with the input-side engaging portion (6), and an output-side engaged portion (40) that is capable of engaging with the output-side engaging portion (13); and an elastic member (50) which is held elastically between the output-side engaging portion (13) and the engaging element (5) in relation to the first direction.
