Abstract:
Provided is a retained-germ rice processing machine having single-grain rice positioned at the middle section of the mill, and retained-germ rice having intact germ; an apparatus (6) for aligning and milling rice along the length of the rice, and an abrasive wheel rotary shaft (6-4) of an apparatus (7) for rotating the rice axially along the length of the rice and milling the middle section of the rice, are arranged perpendicular to each other; the middle section (13) of the retained-germ rice having intact germ contains the endosperm (A1) component, and one of the rice left apical section (12) and the rice right apical section (14) must contain all of the germ (A7) and endosperm (A1) components and the aleurone layer (A6) component, and the other apical section contains the endosperm (A1) component and the aleurone layer (A6) component.
