This resonant power-transfer device is provided with the following: two power elements that each perform high-frequency switching operations at a frequency of 2 MHz or higher; two resonant circuit elements that apply resonant switching to the switching operations performed by said power elements; a high-frequency-pulse drive circuit (21) that sends a high-frequency pulsed voltage signal having a frequency of 2 MHz or higher to each power element; a phase-difference generation circuit (22) that holds the phase difference between two voltage signals constant and sends said voltage signals to the high-frequency-pulse drive circuit (21); a resonant transmission antenna (3) that accepts input consisting of power obtained via the switching operations performed by the respective power elements and resonates so as to generate transmission power; a resonance-condition setting circuit that sets resonance conditions for the resonant transmission antenna (3); and an impedance matching circuit that matches resonance conditions between the resonant transmission antenna (3) and the power obtained via the switching operations performed by the respective power elements.
