Abstract:
A resin pipe fitting is provided which can improve pull-out preventing performance of one end in the longitudinal direction of the joined tube.
This resin pipe fitting 1 is provided with: a fitting main body 11 which has a cylindrical part 22 into which one end 5 of a tube 2 in the longitudinal direction can be inserted; an inner ring 12 which has a press-fitting part 31 which can be press-fitted on the one end of the tube in the longitudinal direction; and a union nut 13 which has a connecting part 46 that can be screwed onto the outer periphery of the fitting main body such that said connecting part 46 and the press fitting part radially clinch the one end of the tube in the longitudinal direction. Further, the inner ring and the union nut are configured using a resin material, and have the property of contracting with change in the ambient temperature. The radial contraction factor in the linking part of the union nut is set to be 0.05% or more greater than the radial contraction factor in the press fitting part of the inner ring.
