Abstract:
A resin holder (40) comprises: at least one annular part (41); a plurality of columnar parts (42) each extending in the axial direction from the annular part (41) and provided so as to be evenly spaced apart in the circumferential direction; and pockets (43) formed between adjacent columnar parts (42). The annular part (41) has a guide surface guided by an inner circumferential surface (22) of an outer ring (20) or an outer circumferential surface (32) of an inner ring (30), and a gate G for injection molding the resin holder (40) is provided in an inner circumferential surface of all of the columnar parts (42), and is circumferentially displaced from a circumferential center position of each columnar part (42). Moreover, in the axial direction, the gate G is provided within a range L in which an inner ring raceway groove (31) is formed, or within a range L in which the inner ring raceway groove (31) and a counter bore (33) of the inner ring (30) are formed. Through this configuration, the practical virtual roundness of the guide surface of the resin holder can be increased, a radial vibration width of the resin holder during rotation can be significantly reduced, and a long life and quiet operations can be achieved.
