In an electricity storage device including an electricity storage device body and a terminal electrically connected to the electricity storage device body, a resin film for a terminal according to an aspect of the present disclosure is disposed so as to cover an outer peripheral surface of a portion of the terminal. The resin film for a terminal comprises a resin layer that has a monolayer structure or a multilayer structure, and that has at least one secondary dispersion peak γ in the range of -130°C to -50°C in a profile of a loss tangent tanδ obtained by a dynamic viscoelasticity measurement at a condition of 1.0 Hz. A terminal film for an electricity storage device according to an aspect of the present disclosure is disposed so as to cover an outer peripheral surface of a portion of a metal terminal electrically connected to an electricity storage device body included in an electricity storage device. The terminal film comprises a resin composition containing a polyolefin as a first resin, and at least one resin selected from polyesters, polyamides, polycarbonates, and polyphenylene ethers, as a second resin.
