Abstract:
A resin composition and an adhesive. The resin composition is composed of the following components: benzoxazine, which is a synthetic product of a primary amine-terminated flexible polyimide oligomer, an aldehyde compound and a monofunctional phenolic compound; and a mixed resin, which is one or more of an epoxy resin, a maleimide resin and a cyanate ester resin containing two or more functional groups, wherein the mass fraction of the mixed resin is 0.1-70% of the benzoxazine. By means of the characteristics of the benzoxazine and the mixed resin, an adhesive material formed from the resin composition can satisfy the requirements of a new flexible copper-clad plate.
