Abstract:
Disclosed is a resin-coated aluminum pipe connector for an air conditioner outdoor unit for jointly connecting a refrigerant pipe to a service valve in a sealed state by a one-touch method. A resin-coated aluminum pipe connector for an air conditioner outdoor unit, according to one embodiment of the present specification, comprises: a refrigerant pipe of aluminum material having an expansion portion formed at an end thereof; a service valve having a first inclined surface formed at an end thereof and including a connection port having a first screw portion formed on an outer circumference thereof; a first compression ring having an inclined surface corresponding to the first inclined surface at one end of an inner circumference thereof and having a first catching protrusion formed at the other end of the inner circumference; a second compression ring having a second inclined surface corresponding to the expansion portion formed therein and having an accommodation side wall extending above the second inclined surface; a sealing member having a second catching protrusion corresponding to the first catching protrusion formed on an outer circumference thereof and having a lower end accommodated in the accommodation side wall, and for sealing a gap between contact surfaces of the first and second compression rings and for preventing the first and second compression rings from being in contact with the expansion portion of the refrigerant pipe; and a fastener having a second screw portion corresponding to the first screw portion formed at an inner circumferential inlet side thereof, and having a seating portion on which the first and second compression rings are seated formed under the second screw portion.
