Abstract:
Provided is a repair method for V ball valves that can be used for a long time by way of efficiently repairing wear generated locally while maintaining valve performance. This repair method for V ball valves for capturing wear generated on the valve inner surface of a V ball valve comprises a measurement step of measuring the amount of wear generated on the valve inner surface, and a weld step of applying an overlay weld at the site of wear generation with a hard weld material according to the amount of wear that was measured.
