Title:
REMEDIATION MATERIAL FOR REDUCING CADMIUM BIOAVAILABILITY IN SOIL AND APPLICATION THEREOF IN PASSIVATION REMEDIATION FOR WEAKLY ALKALINE SOIL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/155832
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A remediation material for reducing cadmium bioavailability in soil and an application thereof in passivation remediation for weakly alkaline soil, relating to the technical field of prevention and treatment of heavy metal pollution of soil. The remediation material comprises an iron beneficiation tailing and alkali lignin; the mass of the iron beneficiation tailing is 80-90% of the total mass of the iron beneficiation tailing and the alkali lignin; the iron beneficiation tailing is obtained by mixing an iron tailing, mica, and dolomite according to a mass ratio of 1:1.5:2.5, and calcining at 1100°C for 1 h. By using an iron beneficiation tailing-alkali lignin composite passivation material as the remediation material, heavy metal cadmium in the weakly alkaline soil can be effectively adsorbed and complexed, so as to immobilize the heavy metal cadmium, thereby reducing heavy metal cadmium bioavailability in the weakly alkaline soil and ensuring long-term and effective immobilization for the heavy metal cadmium. In addition, the remediation material is low in cost and harmless to soil, and does not cause secondary pollution to soil.
