Abstract:
A valve case (11, 12, 100) is made of metal, is mounted in a mounting hole (22) provided in a high-pressure-side constituting member of a refrigeration cycle (1), and has a flow passage (111, 121) for allowing a refrigerant to flow therethrough, and a valve seat (122) provided between the ends of the flow passage. A valve body (13) is accommodated in the flow passage (111) of the valve case (11, 12, 100), and is provided so as to be capable of being seated on and separated from the valve seat (122). An urging member (14) urges the valve body (13) toward the valve seat (122) side with a predetermined urging force. A resin coating (17, 19) is formed from a resin having a service limit temperature higher than the temperature of a high-pressure refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle (1), and is provided to the surface of the valve seat (122) and/or the surface of the valve body (13).
