Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a release film having better filling properties than conventional ones. This release film is a multilayered release film including a surface layer, wherein the surface layer includes at least one resin which has a main chain including a polyether skeleton and has a weight-average molecular weight of 5,000 or higher and the surface layer has an ether ratio ER, determined by equation (1), of 0.005-1. Equation (1): ER = ΣY/ΣZ In equation (1), Y indicates the number of repeating units in the polyether moiety in each resin contained in the surface layer which has a main chain including a polyether skeleton and has a weight-average molecular weight of 5,000 or higher; Z indicates the number of repeating constituent units in each resin contained in the surface layer which has a weight-average molecular weight of 5,000 or higher; and Σ means summing up the numbers of repeating units in the resins.
