Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of knitting, and particularly relates to a regional pulling force dynamic control system and method for a fully fashioned fabric. The method comprises the steps of: S1, pre-setting knitting forms and needle selection regions of knitting modules; S2, acquiring, during translation of a machine head, knitting needle regions on a needle plate that correspond to the knitting modules; S3, according to the knitting needle regions on the needle plate that correspond to the knitting modules and the needle selection regions of the knitting modules, acquiring overlap regions of the knitting modules; and S4, according to the knitting forms and overlap regions of the knitting modules, dynamically controlling a pulling module to simultaneously output different pulling forces and act on knitting needles in the overlap regions, so as to act on the knitting modules. In the present invention, different pulling forces can be simultaneously output for knitting needles in overlap regions on a needle plate according to knitting forms of regions of a fully fashioned fabric, such that the pulling force requirements of the regions having different knitting forms are simultaneously met, and simultaneous knitting in the regions having different knitting forms is achieved, thereby improving the knitting efficiency.
